Vapor Hooligans

Very rough environment concept for the project I'm working. This is the concept for the tutorial area. Don't mind the rain, it most probably will not be implemented. I was just testing some of the animation features in photoshop.

I will be modeling a robot and a simple environment for one of my classes.
